We’ll look at Scottish, Irish, American, Canadian and Japanese whiskies and learn how they’re made the influence of the environment upon their aging and flavour profiles. We’ll mix classic drinks and modern classics with the different whisk(e)y styles.

• Kentucky Derby’s Mint Julep
    This is a hands-on course where you’ll be behind the bar of a working Cocktail Bar learning how to mix your own tasty beverages.
