This course covers, the history of beer, a look at how beer is made, covering Grain, Hops, Yeast & Styles of Fermentation. We’ll discuss taste and drink many styles of beer, including Lager, Wheat & Ales.
  This is an afternoon in a bar discussing the history and styles of beer, whilst getting to drink and discuss the beers and their flavour profiles.
