I didn’t set out to be a consultant it just happened organically through people recommending me, which I feel is the best way for it to happen. I’ve found myself visiting venues and training staff, designing venues, putting together systems to run businesses, building POS systems, writing Cocktail menus and Training for Tourism WA, as well as running this Bar School.
